Use Dumbbells (or) Filled water bottles

Perform each exercise back to back with minimal rest in between exercises. Rest 1-2 minutes in between rounds.
Do 4 to 5 rounds.


1️⃣ DB Leaning Skater Squat x12 each leg
2️⃣ DB Close to Wide stance Squats ( 12 each in & out)
3️⃣ DB Sumo Squats with Overhead press 15 reps
4️⃣ DB Romanian Deadlift 15 reps
5️⃣ DB Halo Flow to Lunge Combo 12 each side
6️⃣ DB Hamstring Curl 15 reps
