Workouts To Do At Home During The COVID-19 Outbreak

Ravis Fit Whole Body WORKOUTS:-

1. Thrusters – 15 reps

2. DeadLift + Overhead raise – 15 reps

3. Reverse Lunges + Overhead press – 10 reps Each Leg

4. Pile Squats + Front Raise – 15 reps

5. Forward bend double arm dumbell Rowing – 15 reps

6. Crusty lunges with overhead press – 10 reps Each Leg

7. Russian Swings with water bottles – 20 reps

8. Forward bend, Front raise + Lateral raise – 15 reps Each

9. Squats walk with alternative punches – 50 reps

10. Overhead Squats + Triceps Extension – 15 reps

↪Try to do it with your own phase without compromising the form. ↩

WORKOUT FLOW:-

▶️ Each Workout 15 to 20 reps.
▶️ In-between Every workout 20  secs break.
▶️ All 10 workouts together is 1 set.
▶️ Have to do 3 sets with given Reps,
▶️ In-between  Every set 2 mins break.

REQUIREMENTS:-

✔ Yoga mat
✔ Use Less weight dumbbells (or) water filled bottles
✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
