For Lower body squat variations we have to focus on Neutral Spine , Midline stability, Upright Torso.
1️⃣ Donkey kicks 15 reps each side
2️⃣ Wide stance pulse Squats 15 to 20 reps
3️⃣ Fire Hydrant 15 reps each side
4️⃣ Goblet Squats 15 reps
5️⃣ Calf Raise 25 reps
6️⃣ Alternative Forward Lunges 15 reps each side
