Workouts To Do At Home During The COVID-19 Outbreak

Home Based Workouts | Wholebody Exercises |Fatloss | Quarantine day| WOD Monday| 30 Mar 2020

Ravis Fit whole body functional Exercises:-

1. Squat with back and forth walk – 15 reps

2. High plank with single arm Rowing and front
raise – 10 reps Each hand

3. Alternative side turning Split squats with
Standing flies– 10 each

4. Prone position Alternative Leg Raise +
Reverse flies – 15 reps

5. Half squat with side oblique crunches and
forward bending  – 15 reps

6. Seated forward reach + Around the world   –
15 reps

7. Stiff leg with back and forth walk + Lateral
raise  – 15 reps

8. Modified side Plank with hands front raise –
10 reps each side

9. Reverse Lunges + Knee raise with woodchop –
10 reps each side

10. Pelvic raise with Lateral raise – 15 reps

↪Try to do it with your own phase without compromising the form. ↩

WORKOUT FLOW:-

▶️ Whole body functional workouts
▶️ In-between every workout 20 secs break
▶️ All 10 workouts together is 1 set
▶️ Have to do 3 sets with given Reps
▶️ In-between each set 2 mins break.

REQUIREMENTS:-

✔ Use yoga mat
✔ Use One Litre water bottles 2
✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
