Workouts To Do At Home During The COVID-19 Outbreak
Home Based Workouts | Compound Exercises | Fatloss | Quarantine day | WOD Saturday | 28 Mar 2020
Ravis Fit Compound Exercises:-
Muscles Targetted – Chest , Core , Shoulders, Biceps, Quadriceps & Adductors.
1. Chest Press + Bend knee Raise– 15 reps
2. Plyo Stepup with knee Raise + Lateral Raise– 10 reps Each Leg
3. Chest Flies + Abs Scissors – 15 reps
4. High Plank Twist + Hand Raise ( Over & Front ) – 10 reps Each Hand
5. Chest Pullover + Leg raise with inside & Outside Crescent – 15 reps
6. Bulgarian Split Squats + Biceps Curls – 10 reps Each Leg
7. Chest Around the World + Reverse Crunches – 15 reps
8. Lateral Shuffling + Standing Reverse Flies – 10 reps Each side
9. Chest Strenuous Press + Cross over Lying – 15 reps
10. Plyo box Dips with Alternative Hands step up & Step down – 15 reps
↪Try to do it with your own phase without compromising the form. ↩
WORKOUT FLOW:-
▶️ Each Workout 15 to 20 reps.
▶️ In-between Every workout 20 to 30 secs break.
▶️ All 10 workouts together is 1 set.
▶️ Have to do 3 sets with given Reps,
▶️ In-between Every set 3 to 4 mins break.
REQUIREMENTS:-
✔ Get a small rectangular Box (or) Stepper
✔ Use One Litre water bottles (or) brick (or) Dumbells
✔ You can prefer 2kg, 3kg ,5kg (or)7.5 kg dumbells pair also according to your capacity
✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
