Workouts To Do At Home During The COVID-19 Outbreak

Home Based Workouts for Lowerbody | Fatloss | Quarantine day | WOD Thursday | 26 Mar 2020

Ravis Fit Lower Body WORKOUTS:-

1. Goblet Squats – 15 reps

2. Sumo Squats – 15 reps

3. Over Head lunges (or) Regular Lunges – 15 reps Each Leg

4. Figure-Four Squats – 15 reps Each Leg

5. Romanian DeadLift – 15 reps

6. Calf Raise very slower phase – 25 reps

7. Side Lunges – 15 reps

8. Jumping Squats – 15 reps

9. Reverse Lunges with knee Raise – 15 reps Each Leg

↪Try to do it with your own phase without compromising the form. ↩

WORKOUT FLOW:-

▶️ Each Workout 15 to 20 reps.
▶️ In-between Every workout 20 to 30 secs break.
▶️ All 9 workouts together is 1 set.
▶️ Have to do 3 sets with given Reps,
▶️ In-between  Every set 3 to 4 mins break.

REQUIREMENTS:-

✔ Yoga mat
✔ Use small rock (or) brick (or) Hallow Block
✔ You can prefer 5kg (or)7.5 kg dumbells pair also
✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
