Workouts To Do At Home During The COVID-19 Outbreak

 

Ravi’s Fit WORKOUTS:-

1. Shoulder Overhead – 15 reps

2. Standing Around the world – 15 reps

3. Alternative Front Raise – 15 reps each hand

4. Reverse Flies for Lats – 15 reps

5. Upright Rowing – 15 reps

6. Forward Lean scapula Pull – 15 reps

7. Triceps kick back – 15 reps

8. Forward bend Biceps concentration – 15 reps

↪Try to do it with your own phase without compromising the form.

↩ WORKOUT FLOW:-

▶️ Each Workout 15 to 20 reps.

▶️ In-between Every workout 10 secs break.

▶️ All 8 workouts together is 1 set.

▶️ Have to do 3 sets with given Reps,

▶️ In-between Every set 2 mins break. REQUIREMENTS:-

✔ Yoga mat

✔ Two 1 litre kinley water bottles

✔ You can prefer 2kg or 3kg dumbells pair also

✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
