Ravi’s Fit Boxing and MMA moves:-

1. Jab and Cross punches – 20 times ES
2. Straight kicks – 20 times
3. Orthodox and Southpaw moves – 10 rounds ES
4. Alternative side kicks – 20 times
5. Fast straight punches both the hands – 50 times
6. Outside Crescent kicks – 20 times
7. Hook punches  – 20 times
8. Galapping kicks – 20 times ES
↪Try to do it with your own phase without compromising the form↩
 WORKOUT FLOW:-
▶️ Each Workout 20 times as how it shown.
▶️ In-between Every workout 10 secs break.
▶️ All 8 workouts together is 1 set.
▶️ Have to do 3 sets with given Reps.
▶️ In-between Every set 2 mins break.
 REQUIREMENTS:-
✔ With shoes (or) Bare foot ok.
✔ You can prefer to have 1kg dumbells pair.
✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
