✔I am using 5lb hand weights

1️⃣ Single Arm chest flies – 15 reps each

2️⃣ Incline Strenuous Press – 15 reps

3️⃣ Alternative Pullovers – 15 reps each

4️⃣ Alternative Dumbell Press – 15 reps each

5️⃣ Lower chest Flies – 15 reps

6️⃣ Pushup to Plank – 12 reps each hand – – Last 2 variations optional 😆

7️⃣ Basic Side to Side Pushups – 12 reps each side

8️⃣ Advanced Side to Side Pushups – 12 reps each side

*️⃣ Can use pillow at the back for the low impact

*️⃣ All exercise back to back together is one round.

*️⃣ Do 3 rounds Inbetween 2 mins rest –
