1️⃣ Wide range Biceps and Hammer curls 10 reps each

2️⃣ Wide range pushups 15 reps

3️⃣ Lunge hold Biceps curl 15 reps

4️⃣ Strenuous pushups 15 reps

5️⃣ Lateral Lunge Hammer curl 10 reps each side

6️⃣ Biceps Concentration 15 reps

*️⃣ All 6 exercises together 1 round

*️⃣ Do 3 rounds with 1 min break in between –
