*I am using 5kg hand weights

1️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats 12 reps each

2️⃣ Plyobox step touch downs 12 reps each

3️⃣ Staggered stance DeadLift 12 reps each

4️⃣ Pulse Squats to Calf Raise 15 reps

5️⃣ Squat Isometric hold against wall 40 secs

6️⃣ Hip thrusters 15 reps * feel on the muscles and dooooo..

*️⃣ 10 secs off in between each exercises 3-4 sets

*️⃣ 1 min off Inbetween each sets. –
