3. Right Side Knee Crunches – 15 reps

4. Right Side Plank – 1 min

5. Abs Situps – 15 reps

6. Iron Man – 1 min

7. Reverse Crunches  – 15 rounds

8. High Plank – 1 min

REQUIREMENTS:-

✔ Use yoga mat and Abs mat (or) or small pillow for lumber( Lower back)
✔ Use One Litre water bottles 2
✔ Deep observation of each workout and Focus is very important.
